We are looking for a dynamic Operations Director to lead and scale our operational infrastructure.

About the Role:
The Operations Director plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the seamless execution of business operations across all clinic locations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the weeds. Flexibility, decisiveness, and relentless execution are key in our high-growth environment. This is a multi-hat role that requires both vision and tactical horsepower to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to clinic managers and support teams across multiple sites.
• Drive execution of company-wide initiatives, operational goals, and performance metrics.
• Build and optimize processes, workflows, and systems that support scalable growth.
• Monitor and manage operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead clinic readiness for expansions, openings, and service launches.
• Oversee facility operations, vendor management, inventory, and compliance-related needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions with urgency and precision.
• Foster a culture of accountability, service, and high performance across all levels.
• Work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, finance, and HR teams to align resources and support operational priorities.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in healthcare or multi-site service-based organizations.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational processes.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage up, down, and across an organization with clarity and influence.
• Proficiency in interpreting data and using it to drive decisions.
• Agile and proactive in addressing challenges; thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
