Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $14+/hour (based on experience)
Saturday through Wednesday, 9AM to 5:30 PM and rotating weekends

What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll help ensure that both resident apartments and community spaces are fresh, clean, and comfortable. Your work makes a real difference every day.
Key responsibilities include:
Cleaning offices, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
Cleaning residents’ apartments on a set schedule.
Moving and dusting furniture; cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Emptying wastebaskets, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas.
Restocking bathroom supplies.
Performing emergency pull-cord testing.

- Qualifications and Experience
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
Some experience in a similar role is a plus
Comfortable speaking and writing in English
Able to follow basic safety and cleanliness practices
Can lift up to 50 pounds when needed
Willing and able to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and handle heavier items as part of the job
