We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Deal Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and book all vehicle sales deals
- Review, prepare, and finalize all finance and insurance paperwork
- Ensure all deals comply with dealership policies and state/federal regulations
- Coordinate with banks and lending institutions to secure financing
- Maintain detailed records of deal statuses and ensure proper documentation
- Provide professional communication with sales staff, finance managers, and customers
- Address questions and concerns regarding the deal or financing process
- Assist in educating sales staff on documentation and compliance procedures
- Process warranties, refunds, and cancellations in coordination with the Finance Department
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bank deposits and balancing schedules
- Support the office with various accounts payable/receivable duties and general administrative work
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive deal processing or dealership administration required
- Knowledge of F&I processes, and dealership compliance strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership software (Tekion or other DMS) is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
