CNA / Nurse Assistant - LTC bei ACI Health

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and long-term care environments. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.

Requirements

Years of Experience: 1

Certifications: BLS, State licensed

Skills REQ: LTC Experience

Pending License Accepted: Yes - but must have already submitted application

Travel Experience Required: Yes

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient needs effectively.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for accurate documentation.
• Experience in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) or critical care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in long-term care facilities or assisted living environments.
• Understanding of hospital medicine practices within a Level II trauma center.
• Compassionate approach when working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Shift:

Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
