Physical Therapy Assistant-Per Diem
Hillsdale Hospital

As a per diem, CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist with the Hillsdale Hospital's Rehabilitation team, you'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, support patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. This is a great opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a hospital setting that values teamwork, professional development, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule:  This position will continue working your current 6 hour per month schedule as you transition to CPS Solutions.

Salary:  $35 per hour

About the Facility: Hillsdale Hospital is a 97-bed acute care facility, offering medical-surgical, emergency, behavioral health, obstetrics, surgical, and rehabilitation services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this rehab department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Qualifications: 

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Michigan state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in good standing ​
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous work experience in a hospital or home health setting is preferred


Hospital Requirements (may be required):

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • COVID 19 - Full
