CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Industry Packages opening for our client in NYC, NY.
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead the implementation and integration of packaged technology solutions within the client’s business environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide expertise in Tier-2 ERP and MES systems to ensure alignment with business processes.
Develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of industry-standard ERP and MES systems, including Infor (BaaN, Lawson), Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in business process analysis and system configuration.
Experience:
Proven experience implementing and supporting Tier-2 ERP or MES systems.
Hands-on experience with package integration and business process optimization.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
