Job Details:
This position is available for the Hides/Lexington Facility, must be able to routinely push, pull, lift and carry at least from 80 lbs. -120 lbs. to process Beef Hides skins. Must work in extreme hot, cold and wet environment. Must be available to work with a Knife and be able to lift up to 80 pounds
Attention: These positions may involve the use of a knife and hook to trim hides or to operate large pieces of equipment.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to lift 80 to 120 Lbs.
Must be willing and able to push/pull motion
Team member will be required to reach approximately 6 to 12 inches
Team member will use full hand grasping with both hands when performing this job
team member will use low to medium force to perform this job.
The team member will stand and walk throughout the shift.
The team member will work in areas that could range between 45-100 ᵒ
This facility can run 6 day a week, Monday-Saturday
* Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have minimum waiting period of 90 days and unlimited employment for this location.
Rehires can only go to B shift (Location not accepting rehires on A Shift)
