Roofing Laborer (Temporary) bei Simon Roofing

As a Apprentice Roofer (Laborer), you must have some knowledge of roofing or construction and what it takes to install a high quality & safe roofing project.

Simon Roofing is looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our commercial roofing team for an up-to 6 weeks assignment in Henderson, Nevada.

What you'll do:

• Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.
• Be able to lift 50-100 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
• Be able to safely climb a ladder frequently.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Application of roofing products to specifications.
• Restore, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman.
• Clean and maintain equipment and area.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

What you'll need:

• MUST reside within 25 miles of Henderson, Nevada at time of temporary job offer (REQUIRED).
• Minimum 1 year of  Roofing experience (Shingles, Roof coatings, Single Ply, metal or BUR) OR, Minimum 1 year of Construction Trades experience OR Past military service.
• Driver's License 
• High school diploma, or GED
• Ability to get to and from jobsite, on your own, daily. 
• Ability to start ASAP.

What We Offer:

• Temporary 6-week project-  $18.00-26.00 per hour (Based on prior roofing experience).
• Based on production and performance, could turn into FULL-TIME work.
