He aha te mahi? What's the role?
The Sales and Marketing Executive is based in our Antwerp office, reporting directly to the Customer Service Lead. You will be responsible for:
- Transact operational business relationship with specific Markets/Customers in France and other EU customers as back-up
- Enter sales orders in agreement with local teams & according to stock availability
- Answer customer requests or redirect questions to suited internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, IBP, Finance and 3PL.
- Manage loading requests/ slots with customers or transport companies
- Solve ad hoc issues regarding customer loadings or administration
- Execute general administrative tasks, linked to the sales process
- Align on stock & availability with the relevant stakeholders
- Support Market Managers on reporting & analysis
- Pro-actively advise all stakeholders where needed, to optimize customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the improvement of the sales process
- Prepare Contracts and Letters for the New Season Start
- Participate in the SAP testing, training and implementation sessions

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience in fresh produce industry will be an added advantage
