SIU Credit Union is a financial institution that is for people, not for profit. We are a strong and growing credit union doing business in 24 southern Illinois counties with offices in Carbondale, Marion, Energy, Harrisburg and Metropolis. If you have the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external members, we would like to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative for our Marion location.

What you'll do:

• Build relationships with our community of members and employees
• Open and maintain all types of accounts including personal, trusts, business, HSA and IRA
• Process consumer loans from application through funding
• Work with internal team members to resolve member concerns/issues
• Strive to meet sales and service goals established by management each month

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma
• Bondable
• Two years related experience
• Great communication and analytical skills
• Eye for detail
• Enjoy helping others
