Duties

You will review inbound documentation for completeness, draft messages when necessary to obtain inbound documentation and monitor required delivery dates and drafts tracer action for lost or misdirected shipments when necessary.,You will monitor expiration of Storage-In-Transit (SIT) and completes expiration notifications which are mailed to the shipper when required.,You will receive applications from Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) or for moves between local residences.,You will receive new contracts or amendments to existing contracts, performing a cost analysis and comparison with existing rates of other contracts and determines if the newly offered rates are cost competitive.,You will receive review, assemble, and process all vouchers for payment.,You will audit, update, and calculate invoices for accurate billing of services for personal property inbound/outbound, local moves, deployment/privately owned vehicles (POVs) storage and NTS.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing customer service in oral and written forms; 2) Using automated systems to input, access and retrieve data; 3) Reviewing documents required for the shipment and/or storage of goods; and 4) Arranging for the pickup and/delivery of shipments. Education
