Duties
You will utilize knowledge of non-criminal investigation techniques and methods to perform duties as a Team Leader for multiple agency/service Joint Inspector General (IG) inspections.,You will lead and organize large inspection teams and coordinate complete inspection/investigation processes to include self-assessments and follow-ups for effectiveness and efficiency.,You will analyze, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple areas and sources to produce unique and innovative management assessments and conclusions.,You will prepare, review, and issue written inspection and investigation reports and briefs results as necessary.,You will maintain requisite liaison with the audit agencies and assist with the yearly data call for recommended topics for review for future audits.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinate, lead, and monitor a team of inspectors composed of civilian and military personnel to identify corrective actions and make recommendations for improvement during inspections; Analyze and document trends or patterns using information from inspection and investigative findings to identify potential violations of fraud, waste, mismanagement, or misconduct; Prepare, review, and issue final inspection reports to be used for briefing senior leadership on investigation results, root causes, impacts, and recommendations.
