This team are responsible for the management accounting, financial control and the reporting of the financial performance of Computershare Loan Services. As trusted Finance Business Partners, we collaborate closely with every area of the organisation, offering strategic insight and commercial challenge that shapes smarter decisions and fuels growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Accountant to join us on a FTC basis for 12 months, with a strong potential to become permanent.
A role you will love
We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Finance Manager with robust experience in Statutory Accounts to join our dynamic Business Finance team. This role is pivotal in shaping our financial reporting and control landscape.
You’ll initially focus on financial accounting but quickly expanding into broader responsibilities in strategic reporting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance—perfect for someone looking to make a tangible impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Statutory Accounts and Regulatory Returns processes
Manage monthly, half-year, and year-end financial & regulatory reporting
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations
Provide monthly Cash flow, Regulatory Capital and Balance Sheet month-end and forecasts for the legal entities
What will you bring to the role?
We’re seeking a confident and capable finance professional who brings both technical expertise and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified ACCA (or equivalent) with a strong foundation in financial principles
Deep technical accounting knowledge, including proficiency in IFRS
A sharp eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality reporting under tight deadlines
Experience in both financial and management reporting at executive level
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Confidence in navigating complex financial data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
A natural sense of ownership and accountability—someone who doesn’t just manage processes but improves them
