Senior Business Analyst bei Merakey

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping data-driven strategies, enhancing electronic health record systems, and supporting organizational growth through advanced business intelligence designs.

Starting salary: $92,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate requirements, and optimize EHR and reporting systems.
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions that deliver actionable insights and support decision-making across ABH.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to deploy innovative technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Additional Contributions:

• Conduct on-site visits and documentation reviews to assess operational needs and compliance.
• Develop reporting tools to monitor technology upgrades and support continuous improvement.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
