HR Generalist On-Site bei None

General Responsibilities: 

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the employment information and maintaining required documentation in personnel files and on the Human Resources Information System.  This position processes changes in status, pay, and work assignment; is responsible for benefits administration, running orientations weekly, as well as assisting with the processing of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.  The Human Resources Generalist maintains direct and written contact with management, reporting changes, and ensures required documentation is in place.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. HR certification with 2 years of experience in HR accepted.

 Experience:

• Two years of experience in Human Resources.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic Human Resources practices.
• Knowledge of the Family Medical Leave Act, the Civil Rights Act, and employment law regulations.
• Effective written and other communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with Windows-based software applications, including MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with disruptions throughout the day
