The PFG team advise and lead the capital raising efforts for domestic and international buyout, venture capital, growth equity, distressed, energy, private debt, infrastructure funds and real estate joint ventures with institutional limited partners.
The firm is seeking to hire an Executive Director (US) to be based in NYC for its Real Estate fundraising business. The individual will be a key member of the global Real Estate team, responsible for marketing funds, and/or joint ventures, separate accounts, single purpose, or co-investment vehicles. In addition to marketing to institutional investors, this person will also have access to the bank’s top tier wealth management channel which has deep relationships with some of the world’s most prominent UHNWI and HNWIs. This role reports to the Head of North America Real Estate, Private Funds Group.

• Support the marketing and distribution efforts for all real estate investment fund products to a network of limited partners in North America (including institutional investors, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, pension funds, insurance firms, family office and wealth management clients).
• Collaborate with the Real Estate banking team in evaluating and pitching new business opportunities and support product distribution efforts.
• Advise general partners on positioning investment strategies to coincide with market needs.
• Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Your expertise
• Experience in private capital markets and fund formation, with a focus on distribution, marketing and/or investor relations at a real estate placement agent or real estate investment platform.
• Strong real estate investment product knowledge is required.
• Existing network of real estate LP and consultant relationships is required.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a drive to work collectively with colleagues to achieve team/firm goals.
