PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Collect, organize, analyze, and reconcile data from various sources to maintain and accurately process labor records and information for hourly employees.  Investigate and correct suspense records related to labor records.  Demonstrate labor collection system to others.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE USUAL MAJOR JOB DUTIES, BUT THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT PRECLUDE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE OTHER DUTIES BY THE INCUMBENT, NOR THE QUESTION BEING RAISED ON THE PROPER RATE OF PAY FOR THE ASSIGNMENT.

This position is clerical support for the Production Coordinators and Production Transportation Drivers organization. The daily duties include:

Receiving Inspection Hot List
Complete and submit Union Rate adjustments and Promotion request in Workday
Prepare Shipping Binders and Labels/Shipping Tags for Marine deliveries.
Coordinate and Order supplies and material
Submit Maintenance Work Orders/ IT (MWO)
Coordinate Physical Office Moves for PC’s
Coordination of empty MI Binders from Quality Records to PC.
Prepare weekly Overtime Request for Transportation drivers
Use SAP Transactions to support Inspection
Experience in MS office SW
Perform work of equal or lower code level as required.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

This is a Union represented position.
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience operations/administration role. 
US citizenship is required.
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with defense industry (military, aerospace, or aeronautics).
Office Productivity SW (Excel/Word)
