Job Description

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be 21yrs old to be considered
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
  • Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
  • Flexible Full-time availability preferred, rotating weekends. Store hours from: Mon - Fri 0530 - 2130, Sat/Sun 0930-1830. Closing shift availability required.
  • Starting wage of $20.40hr.

Major Duties

Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Challenges

Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules. Fuel Management Compliance within 3 months of assuming position.
