Description
Bring your procedural and admitting skills for a Monday through Friday hospitalist position with our hospital medicine (HM) team at Regional Medical Center in San Jose. We are seeking a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) with experience as a hospitalist for this role. You can expect 4-6 hours of your 8-hour workday to be performing paracentesis, lumbar puncture, and thoracentesis procedures. Additional time spent admitting on the hospitalist team.

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $192,000 to $192,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.

Regional Medical Center of San Jose is a county-designated Level II Trauma Center staffed by in-house specialists 24/7/365. The hospital provides a host of technologically-advanced services including Cardiovascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Bariatric and General Surgery, Interventional Pulmonology, along with multi-organ Cancer Care.
Regional holds Joint Commission advanced certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Get with the Guidelines- Stroke Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
