This site-based role will also support the wider EMEA region and is pivotal in ensuring a safe, secure and resilient environment through strategic program management, cross-functional collaboration and operational leadership.
About the role - you will:
As a Security Program Manager in the EMEA Physical Security Team your key responsibilities will be: • Program Leadership: Own and drive the local security program, aligning with regional and global standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel, incident response and compliance related activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse business units and groups to align security initiatives with operational goals.
• Security Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies consistent with organisational policies and operational stability.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery, while managing vendor contracts and contributing to budget planning and cost-effective decision making.
• Security Systems Support: Manage, maintain and enhance security systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure operational reliability and alignment with broader security objectives for access control, CCTV and vendor coordinated services.
• Document Management: Maintain and evolve security documentation including policies, SOP’s, work instructions and audit records.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations to security processes, technologies and culture.
• Training & Awareness: Support site-wide security awareness initiatives and contribute to employee engagement efforts.

Your experience includes:
• Program or project management in a corporate environment, preferably security related. You might also have: • Security operations or physical security systems management expertise. Completed applications should be submitted no later than midnight on Sunday, 5th October 2025
• Contract and vendor management.
• Collaboration across diverse business units and stakeholder groups.
• Document control & compliance.
• Familiarity with security systems and support functions.
• Leading site-level incident response and operational decision-making.
• Knowledge of the role access control and CCTV systems play in daily operations.
• Development & tracking of KPI’s and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Proficiency in budget planning and vendor contract oversight.
• Delivery and presentation of updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity of working with law enforcement or emergency services.
• Support of security programs across multiple sites or regions.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
This role does not meet the criteria set by the Home Office for sponsorship on a Skilled Worker Visa as such sponsorship of this visa cannot be offered.
This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week.
