| Domestic parts Planning & Controlling: Plan, execute and monitor for material management with PAN India suppliers to meet the DICV required volume |
| Strategy : Supply chain process improvement to upscale the suppliers to improve the effectiveness & system for supply chain excellence |
| Inventory management : Continuous improvement process to optimize inventory to meet organization targets |
| Leadership: Co-ordination of team tasks, discussion and monitoring of work progress, regular communication, performance evaluation, qualification / development plans. |
