The primary function of the Super User Manager is to help lead system project initiatives for increased productivity and efficiency for all distribution systems and operations. This position will be the expert in RF, Conveyor and SAP and any other systems used in the operation. This role requires in-depth understanding of the interconnectivity departments, systems, and utilities and how failures in one area can impact others. The Super User Manager will customer quality and team performance top of mind to prevent delays in day-to-day operation.

Your Tasks

• Provide updates to Senior Management on project testing milestones, resources needed, resources acquired, status of SAP testing and management of project timelines.
• Assign work to SuperUsers to ensure task are completed in the required timeframe to allow for proper UAT testing and GoLive procedure. Leads the team in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing. 
• Define training programs and testing requirements for the associates such as key user trainings that will lay the foundation of SAP knowledge in the operational workforce.
• Provide support to the distribution center on systems related issues by being the first line of contact for escalations or other IT issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities on any new processes or system implementations that have gone live. Develop and update training materials such as work instructions and Quality Management Systems.
• Using data analysis tools such as PowerBI, SAP, create custom queries and reports. 
• Other duties and supporting Operational roles as assigned. 

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of SAP SuperUser experience. 
• 2-5 years Operational warehouse experience.
• 1-2 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Ability to define, implement, and document necessary process improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively internal and external stakeholders.
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
