Description
Provide excellent guest service while assisting Guest Services Managers with a wide variety of system maintenance, administrative functions both at on and off site locations. Represent Guest Services Department in a consistent, positive and professional manner. Oversee Summer Camp administration. Maintain camp files, daily and monthly accounting of camps. Assume managerial duties in absence of Guest Services Managers. Position will include early morning hours, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sell tickets and season passes.
- Process web orders.
- Run Sirius programs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain complete knowledge of Sirius reports.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
- Assist with controlling labor when acting as Supervisor.
- Assist with department stocking and ordering.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness inside department as well as foyer and lobby areas.
- Deliver excellent guest service.
- Assist with Guest Service e-mail responses and other guest inquiries.
- Maintain daily communication with Summer Camp Representatives.
- Keep organized system of current and future booked camps.
- Interact with a wide variety of Camp Directors from various regions and countries.
- Facilitate scheduling and changes to camps between booking and arrival.
- Act as liaison between the Hill Coordinator and coaches.
- Assist with Summer Product Rep administration.
- Assist with daily ticket reports.
- Assist with employee hiring, training and reviews.
- Assist with Sirius product set-up and maintenance.
- Assist with daily auditing procedures.
- Assist with Promotions administration.
- Assist with maintaining Will Call.
- Assist with pass program administration.
- Assist with Sirius Sales Point computer troubleshooting and communicate any issues we cannot address with IT Team.
- Assist with annual record sorting and destruction.
- Assist with off-site events and shows.
- Maintain and develop updates for mountain conditions on Timberline's website, and other mediums of communication used to reach general public and other Timberline departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with Timberline Sales on special discounts, offers, events, groups.
- Cover Ticket and Pass Office Managers days off as a Supervisor.
- Actively participate in RLK and Company’s Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards, reporting incidents, and promoting a healthy workplace.
- Exercise stewardship of all RLK and Company facilities and environments, ensuring that efforts are made to reduce, reuse, and recycle when the opportunity is present.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

- Must have excellent computer skills with but not limited to Microsoft Windows Suite and basic computer functions. Will train on Timberline software such as Siriusware and Maestro (must quickly be able to understand all aspects of ticketing software - working with ticket & pass systems are a priority).
- Must be able to motivate employees to work at a high work ethic with accountability skills.
- Must be a problem solver and able to be independent thinking.
- Must be willing to work with irregular breaks and lunch times.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for an entire 8-10 hour shift.
- Must be able to walk to Magic Mile, to hotel and back several times a day.
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure, high-energy environment for an entire shift.
- Must be able to work in hot and/or cold room temperatures.
- Must be able to walk and work on uneven and slick surfaces, both outdoors and indoors.
