Description of the Role:
The Sales Manager at Cowboy Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Ensure success of each sales representative through daily training sessions
Engage with and oversee sales representatives’ daily tasks
Finding the Next Deal Mentality
Set and achieve department sales targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and achieving customer satisfaction score requirements set forth by Stellantis
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales management
Background in automotive finance department
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
CDK, Vinsolutions, V-auto experience a plus but not a requirement
Benefits:
Competitive pay ranging from $80,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
