Position Title: Anodize Line Operator
Location: Onsite – Full-Time
Shift: Second Shift
Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Processing Line Operator is responsible for processing parts in accordance with specifications, work orders, and company procedures. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process parts in tanks following established specifications and work instructions
• Calculate and monitor processing times accurately
• Remove parts from tanks, rinse, and immerse them in finishing baths
• Complete all required documentation per company and regulatory standards
• Supervise and assist line assistants to maximize productivity and throughput
• Perform and log all preventive maintenance on the processing line
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour + shift differential

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred, especially within the aerospace industry
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks
