Position Title: Anodize Line Operator
Location: Onsite – Full-Time
Shift: Second Shift
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Processing Line Operator is responsible for processing parts in accordance with specifications, work orders, and company procedures. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process parts in tanks following established specifications and work instructions
- Calculate and monitor processing times accurately
- Remove parts from tanks, rinse, and immerse them in finishing baths
- Complete all required documentation per company and regulatory standards
- Supervise and assist line assistants to maximize productivity and throughput
- Perform and log all preventive maintenance on the processing line
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour + shift differential

Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred, especially within the aerospace industry
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks
