Clinical Manager – Full-Time (Salaried) - LPN or RN License Required
Salary Range: $56,097 – $97,594 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, 80 hours per pay period

Position Overview
The Clinical Manager provides direct nursing care to residents and oversees the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. This role ensures high-quality care in accordance with state and federal regulations and works closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to support both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, monitoring, and assessments for residents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support and guide nursing staff, promoting best practices in resident care.
- Serve as a role model in upholding facility policies, safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
