Overview
:We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time 1st Shift Refunds Assistant Team Member.
1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
*Shift peak times each month starts at 4:30am (~4-5 days/month)
- Great starting pay at $14.40/ hour and up, depending on experience
- Performance Based Pay Reviews At 6 Months and 18 Months, then every 12 Months thereafter
- Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment)

Responsibilities
:• Receive returns and visually inspect product to determine inventory destination
• Enter appropriate information for returned items into computer by recording reason it was returned, date, customer account information, etc.
• Rework, sort, and count inventory
• Assist in inventory transfers
Qualifications
:• 30 wpm typing.
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
• Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting, for duration of shift.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
