Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our corporate talent acquisition team in Ogden, UT. In this role, you’ll support the full recruiting process for high-volume Direct-to-Home Sales positions that are essential to our growth. From reviewing applications and facilitating screening assessments to coordinating interviews and engaging candidates, you’ll be at the center of delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Success in this role means being highly organized, great at communicating and connecting with people, and able to sell an opportunity while keeping candidates motivated and excited throughout the hiring journey.


DETAILS

  • Full-time position
  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Hybrid work model (in-office + work from home flexibility)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review applications and pre-screen candidates for fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate pre-employment assessments and ensure candidate completion.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates to keep them engaged.
  • Present opportunities in a compelling, professional way that builds excitement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

  • Tech Literate: Proficient with commonly used documents and software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and capable of learning new software in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
  • Problem-solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions. Pays close attention to the details and has a keen sense for what’s not working and how it can be improved.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with different departments to align operational processes and ensure seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Utilizes task management software (Asana) to organize, track, prioritize, and complete routine tasks.
  • Organization and Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks while staying on top of multiple workflows in process and to achieve those tasks on time and on target.


EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must pass required background check.
  • 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination experience (sales recruiting exposure is a plus).
  • 1+ year of door-to-door sales experience is not required but would benefit this position.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to build rapport quickly.
  • A natural ability to promote opportunities and maintain engagement.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
