What You’ll Do:
Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Work across departments, maintaining excellent communication with managers and staff.
Keep onboarding organized, timely, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Juggle multiple priorities with confidence, all while making the experience fun and engaging.
- Ensure all the health systems standard for compliance is met for each hire.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Human Resources.
Experience
Minimum: 1–2 years of proven success onboarding for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team. Must be comfortable with public speaking, delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Preferred: Prior healthcare experience and/or experience with ADP.
