Objective: As a Junk and Route Sales Associate, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Dallas's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

• Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction in Dallas's diverse residential and business communities
• Heartland Hustle: Energetic and physically ready to tackle the unique demands of Texas properties from suburban homes to corporate offices
• All-Season Reliable: Dependable year-round with a work ethic that matches Texas's hardworking reputation
• Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
• Navigate Kansas City Metro: Safely operate trucks through Dallas neighborhoods and surrounding communities
• Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Texas properties
• Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Dallas business community
• Texas-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during hot summers and cold winter conditions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
• Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
• Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
• Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
