About the Department
The Coffee County Wellness Clinic is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the full-time, salaried position of Clinic Administrator based in Douglas, GA.
As a Clinic Administrator with the SEHD, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.

Position Duties
Under the general supervision of the Program Coordinator, this position is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the Southeast Health District (SEHD) Ryan White/HIV clinics in Douglas and Waycross, GA. Duties include supervising and guiding clinic staff, establishing and monitoring schedules, developing and communicating operating procedures, and ensuring superior customer service. The role also involves planning and directing the work of support staff, managing facilities to ensure adequate supplies and proper maintenance, and communicating effectively with vendors and community partners. In addition, the incumbent fosters an environment that promotes accountability, staff development, and satisfaction while actively embodying and communicating the SEHD’s mission and vision to create a culture of empowerment, team development, and open communication. They are also expected to remain informed about legislative changes impacting grant requirements to ensure compliance and program success.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of job-related experience or completion of an apprenticeship/internship that sufficiently supplied experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position or any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job. And eight (8) years of professional level experience OR an equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job experience or training that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year over year. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND five years of related experience in leadership/supervision. Public Health experience.

The use of wellness breaks during the workday is authorized to support this philosophy and assist employees in meeting their wellness goals.
A maximum of 30 minutes in a given workday may be used to engage in wellness activities, generally in the form of two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.

Southeast Health District accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered. SEHD will contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.
