Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer/Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the systems that bring buildings to life. From high-rise hotels and dynamic retail spaces, educational facilities to multi-story residential apartments to you’ll design plumbing solutions, using Revit, to transform bold ideas into impactful, real-world solutions.

General Duties:

• Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings 
•  Participate in the development of system design calculations and
• selection of equipment for use in buildings 
• Prepare detailed design documents 
• Complete specification writing/editing 
• Complete code compliance research 
• Coordinate work with other disciplines 
• Conduct site surveys to determine and document existing conditions 
• Provide construction administration services 

Skills:

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and design guidelines 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience using Revit
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
• PE/EIT AND LEED certification/ experience a plus
