• Planning and organizing production schedules 
• Assessing project and resource requirements 
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing to budgets and timescales with subs and sales team 
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met – OSHA & Smart Safety Group 
• Determining quality control standards 
• Overseeing production processes 
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials with manufacturers and supplier's 
• Supervising and assigning tasks to junior staff 
• Organizing relevant training sessions 
• Weekly meetings with manager and production team members 

• Tracking project progress 
• Tracking job profitability 
• Manage Superintendents and assign daily tasks 
• Audit production 
• Price sheets and retaining quotes from multiple suppliers  
• Manage vendors, Vendor payroll, approve invoices, and pay invoices 
• Support Repair Department where needed 
• Providing assistance to the Sales team on technical support
