- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing to budgets and timescales with subs and sales team
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met – OSHA & Smart Safety Group
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials with manufacturers and supplier's
- Supervising and assigning tasks to junior staff
- Organizing relevant training sessions
- Weekly meetings with manager and production team members
- Tracking project progress
- Tracking job profitability
- Manage Superintendents and assign daily tasks
- Audit production
- Price sheets and retaining quotes from multiple suppliers
- Manage vendors, Vendor payroll, approve invoices, and pay invoices
- Support Repair Department where needed
- Providing assistance to the Sales team on technical support
