The Shop Helper / Stock Room Assistant will provide support for daily operations in the store and stockroom. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing stock, as well as helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Required to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities. 
• Expected to promote all company safety initiatives and expectations.
• Responsible for immediately reporting any unsafe condition or “near miss” incident. In the case of accidents that result in injury, regardless of how insignificant the injury may appear, Shop Helper/Stock Room Assistant should immediately notify the EHS Director.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Previous warehouse, retail, or stockroom experience is a plus
• Basic reading and math skills
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Forklift certification (optional, or "a plus")

Physical Demands & Abilities

• Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.

• Occasional travel may be required (e.g., to company offices, offsites, or conferences).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
