POSITION SCOPE AND PURPOSE: Provide support and leadership for all Process Engineering activities throughout New Product Development and Sustaining; to lead the group in creating efficient and repeatable processes on all new and existing molds.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
EQUIPMENT USED: Computer, printer, telephone/cell phone, calculator, quality control equipment, and fax machine.
CONTACTS: Customers, all SMC employees, Vendor Sales Representatives.
SUPERVISION OF PEOPLE: This position is responsible for supervision of employees
