Base Salary: $28,480 Actual salary will be calculated based on experience.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Perform data entry of student attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Some college preferred
Special Knowledge and Skills: Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing Ability to meet established deadlines Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source document using personal computer. Key and verify results according to procedure provided. Collect and organize attendance slips and input data in the computer. Assist students, teachers, and parents as needed. Maintain confidentiality. Assume responsibility for acquiring the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for fulfilling duties. Perform other duties as assigned.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: Frisco ISD retains the right to adjust the responsibilities and assignments of all positions as needed to meet the needs of the District.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Repetitive hand motions and prolonged use of a computer. Maintain emotional control under stress. Work with frequent interruptions. Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting. Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying.
