Job Description:As part of an exciting uplift to our corporate systems, we are embarking on an implementation of Workday across our People, Payroll, and Finance operations. As such, we are looking for a HR Transformation Lead on a 12-month Maximum Term Contract to lead and drive the transformation of People and Culture processes, systems and practices.
The HR Transformation Lead’s primary focus will be on implementing strategic P&C initiatives, optimising P&C operations, and driving organisational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of People and Culture and improve the employee experience.
Lead the HR transformation strategy and initiatives, aligning P&C practices with Cuscal’s strategic objectives.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- P&C lead for HR Transformation projects, including the implementation of a HRIS, and review of polices and processes
- Collaborate with P&C and business leaders to assess current P&C processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation road map, incorporating process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies
- Lead for HR transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
- Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Implement best practice and innovative solutions to streamline P&C operations and improve overall effectiveness
- Oversee implementation of new P&C HRIS system, ensuring it meets organisational needs and drive operational efficiencies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to gain support and ensure alignment with transformation objectives
- Gather and incorporate feedback from employees and people leaders to refine and improve transformation efforts
What you’ll bring
You’ve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; you’ve got excellent communication skills and a real knack for influencing and negotiating. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to contribute to a dynamic team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a HR leadership role
- Experience with HR Technologies and systems
- Experience in HR operations and an understanding of HR practices and processes
- Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in change management
- Ability to align HR initiatives to organisational objectives and anticipate future HR needs
- Proficient in planning, executing and overseeing projects
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving business needs
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, or similar discipline
Although not required the following experience would be highly desirable:
- Experience with Workday implementations
