The Aspire Program Student Worker will provide clerical and customer service support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate completion of program office duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting students and staff in-person, by phone, email, or mail; filing and scanning documents. The Student Worker must demonstrate great customer services skills along with good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications: Familiarity with standard office procedures; experience in customer service; proficiency in relevant computer software, and knowledge of common office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-year of experience in an office setting; experience providing great customer service, evidence of good communication skills, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; clerical skills with strong.
