We’re launching a brand-new HVAC division, and we’re looking for a licensed HVAC leader with the skills, vision, and drive to make it happen. This is a rare opportunity to start a department from scratch—your systems, your team, your mark on our company’s future.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and lead our HVAC division from the ground up
- Hire, train, and manage your team
- Perform installs, maintenance, and repairs (hands-on at first)
- Ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards
- Develop service protocols, pricing, and growth strategies

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Active HVAC license in [State] (required)
- 5+ years HVAC experience; management preferred
