Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT related field

- Familiarity with a variety of I.T. concepts, practices and procedures.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:
May be required to work nights and/or weekends. Valid Drivers License. Required to possess or to obtain A+ certification within 12 months of employment.
Tasks Performed:
- 35% Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems. Includes project initiatives and production support.
- 25% Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
- 20% Analyzes and trends utilization metrics of various systems.
- 10% Provide Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
- 10% Other administrative duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
