The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Junior Operations Associate to join our growing team for an initial 6 month term. You’ll work closely with our Customer Operations and Business Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in how a high-growth SaaS startup runs behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for customer operations processes

• Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making

• Support process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of startup or operations experience

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets

• A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have:

• Basic SQL and/or Python skills
