Job Purpose
To provide support for DC Pick-Pack and VAS Team Leaders whilst working alongside a team engaged in the picking packing and Vassing of stock from within our warehouse operation. Ensuring that all inventories and orders destined for our customers are accurate and on time. To ensure that the ecommerce, picking-packing and Vas areas are manned and operable as and when required by the business and to maintain and update all reporting procedures using various business applications.
Responsibilities
· Provide first line coaching and training to warehouse operatives to ensure efficient team work;
· Ensure the Ecommerce area is always monitored and the orders are picked and packed in line with our service level agreement;
· To expedite all orders in an accurate and timely manner as and when required by Team leaders;
· Investigation, troubleshooting and reporting accordingly of all issues and priorities affecting deliverance of plan;
· Holiday / Absence support for Team leaders;
· Ensure the accurate and safe use of the in-house systems by the team to ensure efficient working practices;
· Operate within Health and Safety legislation and Levi's® Health and Safety requirements to contribute to a safe, challenging, rewarding, productive environment.
· Provide support and training to ensure all team members are competent in manual picking, put-away of stock from the returns department, and stock purge processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

· Previous experience of working in a FMCG Warehouse operation;
