Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR

We’re currently recruiting Assembler Testers to join our Assembly and Test team at our industrial site, with two openings available on 6-month fixed term contracts. One role covers the night shift, running Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Thursday from 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM. The other is for the day shift, operating Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. These roles offer a hands-on opportunity to work with precision components in a collaborative, high-performance environment, ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to critical manufacturing processes.

As part of the team in Industrial, you will be working on a variety of systems of both electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical nature. From high performance miniature control systems for Formula 1 racing cars, to heavy duty environments such as steel production, to special engineered solutions for Wimbledon's retractable roofs, Moog offers a variety of products to a wide range of industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Clean, assemble, and test new and refurbished aerospace components
  • Rotate across all areas of Assembly & Test (A&T) and support cross-training initiatives
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and support teams to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Perform inspections using precision tools and interpret engineering drawings
  • Identify non-conforming parts and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
