Course Manager
INSEAD is seeking a Course Manager, to join our Executive Education department. This is a full-time, temporary six-month position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

The Course manager performs an individual contributor role within the team to deliver online programmes - open online programmes and customized online programmes – with focus on execution of projects maintaining excellent standards of delivery and client management. Your role within the team
- Manage online courses in coordination with other members of the online team (deliverables and timelines) and is part of a programme team that manages an entire programme for a client.
- This position manage the re-runs of the online programmes and assist in the process of launching new online programmes. This includes implementing any updates or improvements of the course, coordinating with clients on participant enrolment and communications and working with platform vendors on asset update and integration.
- Harness course data, learner analytics and participant feedbacks.
- Manage learning assets for online courses including videos, exercises, cases, etc. and integrate assets into an online platform
- Quality assurance of all the assets for the online courses
- Coordinate the logistics of client workshops
- Manage team logistics and other administrative tasks like scheduling, room-booking, organisation of team events.
- Collaborate with internal teams within INSEAD (Executive Education, Degree Programmes, Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Admissions etc.), external partners (technology, coaching etc

- Education in Business administration, Marketing communications or Cognitive sciences
- Fluent in English
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
- Team work spirit & collaboration
- Organised, autonomous, excellent attention to details & multitasking
- Able to interact with a variety of stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- Project management skills
