Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
- Program Manager for sales team. Partner with business heads and senior leaders to influence major strategic and operational decisions for Razorpay
Responsibilities:
- Identify problems areas which business needs to solve, drive solutions and unlock new opportunities to achieve growth
- Lead areas of strategic planning, business-plan creation and driving OKRs
- Optimize operational and process gaps to boost business performance
- Liaise closely with Cross functional teams (Banking, Finance, Sales, Product, Ops) for driving revenue and achieving business objectives
- Contribution to development of annual business plans and manage execution as planned
- Drive Sales reviews and report findings to senior management for corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA/BTech with 3-4 years of professional experience in strategy and business roles
- Structured problem solving skills and highly proficient in data analysis.
- Strong strategic mindset along with exceptional execution capabilities and rigor
- Strong hands on experience in Excel automation, SQL and dashboarding tools
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute assigned tasks via collaboration with multiple cross functional teams
