Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years’ experience in credit/financial data analysis, with strong ability to identify key risk factors and apply relevant credit methodologies.
  • Proficient in financial statement analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel, and various technical/operational aspects of deliverables.
  • Independently manage multiple projects while collaborating with analysts, managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Highly dependable, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Finance, Economics or Business/Accounting from premier institute or qualified CA
  • CFA/ FRM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach projects, driving process re-engineering, efficiency improvements, and resolution of complex/non-standard outputs.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of business-as-usual (BAU) and complex research tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage project and stakeholder relationships, including allocation of work and workload pipeline
  • Train new hires and mentor team members on technical work and credit opinions
  • Provide feedback to Manager on quality and accuracy of team output; conduct initial reviews and quality assessments
  • Lead or participate in working groups to analyze methodology updates and implement process changes
