National Aggregates & Remote Optimisation Centre Manager
Based in Skygate, Brisbane, we are looking for a experienced leader to join us in a transformative leadership role that blends strategic oversight with cutting-edge operational innovation.
You will head up our newly established Heidelberg Remote Optimisation Centre Aggregates.
About the Role
Leading a national initiative that’s reshaping how aggregate operations are supported and optimised. You will have a team of specialists focused on real-time performance improvement across our sites, leveraging digital tools and remote monitoring technologies.
This is key role in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and workforce capability across our aggregate operations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team to deliver real-time support and performance optimisation across fixed plant and mobile equipment.
Provide strategic leadership across national aggregates operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Develop and implement programs to uplift management practices, technical training, and operational standards.
Identify and deploy technologies that enhance remote optimisation and site-based processes.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development across the aggregates function.
What we are looking for:
Experienced in aggregates, mining, or heavy industry operations.
Experience in fixed plant operations, autonomous haulage systems, and digital optimisation tools.
A strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
Passionate about developing talent and driving cultural change.
