Travel & Expenses Analyst (Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX) bei MAHLE Group

Your Contribution:

As a Shared Services Travel and Expenses Analyst, you will be responsible to support all travel and entertainment process for MAHLE North America. Responsibilities will include monitor T&E, Credit Card, and Debit Card processes.

• Support T&E process in North America.
• Support Credit Card and Debit Cards processes in North America.
• Maintain service delivery quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and sustain an effective relationship with stakeholders to deliver performance and implement best practices.
• Implement and operate financial controls and governance to a standard that ensures Financial Controls Framework, and Audit requirements are met.
• Driving continuous improvement and standardization/simplification across the T&E processes.
• Other duties and responsabilities may be assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• You'll need to be customer service oriented, self motivated and detail oriented. 
• You must have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, for example: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury or Travel & Expenses).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Having knowledge of SAP and CONCUR is a plus.
