Ansell is looking for a ERP Finance Controller to join our team in Queretaro!

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Leader that can support Ansell Latin America & Caribbean Region to become proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial submission processes.  It’s important this role learns the key processes at Ansell to help drive successful implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).  The processes expand among multiple entities, and this role will also be part of our current processes to become familiar with the Ansell consolidation of financials.  This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader.  It’s important this role is hands on with developing improvements in efficiency to benefit financial submission and local compliance. 

 

The documentation of our key accounting processes across multiple entities and understanding the customization needed in our ERP is essential for the future of LAC Finance.  In order to improve efficiency, this role will have the experience in managing all functions of Accounting (A/P, Treasury, Payroll, Tax).

 

The LAC is a $200m+ business that has multiple complexities.

What your role will be?

  • Lead the finance workstream for ERP rollout across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Peru).
  • Collaborate with global finance, IT, and local teams to align chart of accounts, workflows, controls, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, as well as tax regulations in each country.
  • Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness from an accounting perspective.
  • Advise local Controllers and finance teams, resolving issues and identifying process improvements.
  • Drive change management and lead training sessions to support ERP adoption.
  • Develop and implement standardized financial procedures and documentation.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants as needed.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency accounting in LATAM.
  • Deep understanding of local tax and accounting regulations in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
