Executive Assistant to CEO & CRO - Endex

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CRO, serving as their key strategic partner in driving Endex's executive operations forward. This position demands superior organizational abilities, confidentiality, and the skill to anticipate needs within our fast-paced, growing organization.

What you'll do

You will:

• Handle executive communications and inbox management with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

• Coordinate intricate calendar scheduling for both executives, including meetings, travel, and strategic engagements

• Bridge communication between leadership, internal departments, and external partners

• Craft and review professional corresponden

• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with efficiency

• Oversee vendor relationships and maintain office resources

• Orchestrate executive retreats, leadership sessions, and company gatherings

• Work alongside finance, legal, and operations teams on budget planning and compliance matters

What we're looking for:

• Safeguard sensitive information

• Full-time in-person presence at our New York office, including occasional weekends

• 1+ years of C-suite executive support experience

• Outstanding multitasking capabilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Superior communication abilities

• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality

• Expert knowledge of business tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion)
